I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and am currently in the process of becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have cared for children in different capacities for the past 15 years- privately as babysitters and nannies for families, as well as in community settings as a school counselor, teacher for children with special needs, and as a summer camp counselor. I especially enjoy caring for young children from one year up to preschool age, as I find they bring joy to my heart and always brighten my day. I am an attuned caregiver who understands children's needs and how to connect with them and I value the importance of music, books, art, connection, and the outdoors. Would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend Erin as she is an amazing nanny who will care for your children like they are her own. I found her to be incredibly genuine and a natural with our 4 year old son. She is calm, knowledgeable, flexible, and prompt. My husband and I always felt very comfortable leaving our son in her care. She was open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how I would like my son to be cared for, yet still offered her advice based on her experience when watching his development. Would have kept her on longer if I could. Truly a diamond in the rough!
