About Katherine

My name is Katherine, and I'm a current Senior at Haverford College studying English and Education Studies, earning my 7-12th Grades English Teacher certificate in May 2025. I've been a nanny for over a year with a family with 4 kiddos (2, 4, 6, 8) near Gladwyne, and work part-time at Phebe Anna Thorne in Bryn Mawr and The Haverford Center in Haverford with kiddos ages infants - four years. My joy of working with children comes from seeing their energy and excitement at learning and playing! It makes me smile to support children as they gain their language skills and independence over the years and become curious and engaged little humans :) When not working with children, I enjoy hiking in the suburbs, walking around the city, and reading on my couch. I'll be in the Greater Philadelphia and Philly area for May 2025 - September 2025 before moving to Pensacola, FL with my husband.
