Hi! I'm Katie! I have 8 years of babysitting experience and I've spent the past 2 spring/summers as a nanny. I have experience with kids ages 1 month-13 years, up to 4 kids at once, and working with kids with special needs! I'm Red Cross certified in babysitting, adult/pediatric/infant First Aid, CPR, and AED. Some activities I love doing with kids are playing sports/games, doing crafts, reading books, playing make-believe, and playing outside! I value getting down on their level and doing whatever they're interested in! I have a car and can take kids to activities, pool, park, etc. I'm a sophomore majoring in psychology and history at the University of Richmond! In my free time I ice dance, play guitar/bass, and volunteer at the animal shelter! I'm available 5/12-8/14 (away 7/21-25), Monday-Thursday (and some Fridays/weekends). Katie joined us as our summer nanny in 2024, caring for our son when he was just five months old. Since then, she’s continued to help us periodically, and he’s now 17 months.
