About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as energetic, thoughtful, and organized. I like working with kids because they find the simple joys in day to day life. I'm looking for a part time/full time nanny job for the summer time. I can also begin part time babysitting/nannying now. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old as a babysitter. Since then I have nannied for multiple families and worked in a daycare. I have cared for children of all ages between 2 months old and 13 years old. In my spare time, I like to workout at my local CrossFit gym, cook and bake, and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I am a devoted follower of Christ, and I love integrating my beliefs into childcare to share the love of Jesus with children! I am also currently a student at Liberty University pursuing a degree in elementary education. My skills include patience, prompt and specific communication (with kids and parents), and conflict resolution/behavior management.
