About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, respectful. I like working with kids because they are willing to learn and curious. To be a role model that helps shape a child's life is important to me. I started working with kids when I was entering high school. I was a junior counselor at Cape Cod Sea Camps in Brewster MA. As someone who went to boarding school I read to school students as a part of a club, started a tutoring program to help assist students struggling academically in math and reading, and also volunteered with underprivileged kids for many summers. In my spare time, I like to run and have now ran 2 half- marathons! I am also a Field Hockey player at Denison University, so I love the sport and to stay active. I also enjoy reading, cooking or baking, and spending time with my family and friends. I am a triplet so it is fun to always have two built in best friends, as well as a dog. I have a PR and Marketing internship this summer which has been very exciting.
