About Katherine

I have been volunteering and working with children since I was 16 years old. As a teenager my summers and after school time was spent volunteering at Touchstone preschool. I have two years of experience working with neurodivergent children as a behavioral technician at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD). Currently I am a mother of three, with a 6-month-old son and two daughters ages five and seven. I am active in volunteer work with the Beaverton School district, I recently helped put on a Lap-A-Thon fundraiser for Raleigh Hills Elementary. I have 15+years working with people in the restaurant industry and I am currently employed as a server at Old Market Pub. I am a 4. 0 student at Portland Community College, and only a few credits away from my Associates Degree. As a nanny I believe that my patience, attention to safety, and belief that a parents wishes and instructions should always be top priority are my strong points.
