As a babysitter, I have nine years of experience. I worked for six months as a full time nanny and started when the child was 4 months old. During college, I worked as a camp counselor, so I love crafts. I was a teacher's assistant in the Early Child Development Lab for two and a half years. At the daycare center, I worked with children from nine weeks to 4 years old. My personal interests include the arts, reading, and science. I have a Master's degree in molecular biology from UIC. For the past two years, I have been a mentor for an NAACP program, Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics, at Argonne National Lab. I also played in the band throughout high school and college and continue to enjoy classical music and jazz.
