A no-show phone interview went well. Katherine said she would do an in person interview that was set up and she never showed up! Katherine never called to cancel or say there was an issue. She never responded after that. I even checked to see if all was OK zero communication zero follow through, be aware of this person doing a great phone interview, but I would not trust this person with my family member that is a senior in emergency to communicate or be there for them.
