About Katherine

There are not enough words to express how wonderful Katherine is and how grateful I am to have found her. My mother needed help when her eyesight got worse, so I hired Katherine to help with things like ordering groceries, signing checks, help with bills, making appointments and driving her when needed. She really clicked with my mom and they became close friends. Katherine is also a death doula, something I didn't expect we'd need but sadly my mom's health deteriorated. In her last few weeks of life, Katherine made herself available for my mom (and for me as I live out of state with small children) and was such a comfort for both of us. She was an advocate for my mom's needs in the hospital, and had the hard conversations about death that I was too scared and sad to address. She became a surrogate family member and friend in a time when support was needed the most. I very highly recommend Katherine as caregiver. I also really appreciated her knowledge and practice as a death doula - something I knew nothing about but am thankful for her experience during that difficult time.
