About Katharine

I am a wife of 25 years, grandmother, mother of three adult children/former high performance athletes, pet mom, and creative nature loving explorer. I have a wide portfolio of professional, volunteer and personal experiences that have allowed me to apply myself in a variety of roles. Due to the pandemic, and several personal changes including a cross country move to AZ in 2023, I now am pursuing opportunities to use my gifts and talents in a more intentional way. Whether to ease the burdens that come with raising kids with a plethora of school and sport activities, meal prep and/or the loss of independence due to medical and aging challenges, I love to help and make life run a little smoother. I am also very passionate health and nutrition, exercise and organization as well as compassionate care. I have experience with medically heavy situations ie bedridden, dementia, Hoyer.
