About Katharine

I am a wife of 25 years, grandmother, mother of three adult children/former high performance athletes, pet mom, and creative, nature loving explorer. I have a wide portfolio of professional, volunteer and personal experiences that have allowed me to apply myself in a variety of roles. Due to the pandemic, and several personal changes including a cross country move to AZ in 2023, I now am pursuing opportunities to use my gifts and talents in a more intentional way. Whether to ease the burdens that come with raising kids, meal prep and nutrition, running errands/appointments and/or the loss of independence due to declining health and aging challenges, I can assist in a variety of areas. I have a strong faith and love of God that leads me in how I live my life and provide compassionate care. I have experience with dementia, mobility/strengthening, Hoyer, Downs Syndrome and more.
