About Kate

I'd describe my personality as a positive, levelheaded, caring person. I like working with animals because there is nothing like caring for and creating a bond with animals. I'm looking for a job that I can care for and enrich animals lives. I started working with animals when I was a young girl. I continue to work and care for animals at a pet adoption center which I am currently on the board there. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors. This could involve hiking, gardening, playing sports or even just relaxing out in the sun. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely responsible. I am a teacher and have taught K- 3rd grade. I have always wanted to have my own animal sanctuary/rescue one day to care for and save animals in need. My skills include knowledge of many animal species and their care, lots of energy to exercise animals and showing compassion and caring to animals.
