Communication is essential, so I provide written daily reports and encourage open conversations during pickup, always respecting the parents' preferred method of communication. Regarding household rules, I believe in consistent and gentle enforcement to ensure a structured and harmonious environment. From imaginative outdoor games to educational board games, I love engaging children in various activities that promote physical, mental, and social development. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as coursework in early child development and a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification.
