About Kate

Hello! A little bit about me- I am currently a student acquiring my M. S. in Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University supporting myself through school. I have my undergrad in Molecular and Cell Biology from Texas A&M University, and I have been working in education ever since I graduated in 2022. My experience ranges from teaching (biology, chemistry, geometry, and algebra 1/2) as well as tutoring just about every subject. I am not only passionate about education, I love working with kiddos. I grew up nannying, and I have worked at two different summer camps. Working with kids is certainly my forte, and I would love to support your family in any way that I can. My preference is tutoring so that I can provide the academic support your child needs to be successful both in and out of school, but I love nannying as well (or any sort of combination!). My rates differ depending on your needs, whether it be childcare or tutoring (and how many kids). Please don't hesitate to reach out!
