I have experience caring for children/tweens with ADHD as well as Asperger's syndrom, and some learning disabilities. I have a significant other who is a paraplegic and though he is very independent, I have extensive knowledge of his specific needs and feel comfortable offering assistance in any of those areas. I have always had a passion for people who are different, and often left out and excluded for those differences. I think patience, understanding, and love go a long way.
