About Kate

I'm a compassionate, fun, and hardworking, gal! I like working with kids because I like understanding their perspective, watching a personality bloom, and creating smiles and lasting memories. I'm looking for a job that actively seeks healthy communication, respect, and friendly connections. I started working with kids when I was 12 y. o. at church. From there I went on to babysit several families whose acquaintances put me on to new wonderful families and eventually to a family that I lived with + nannied for 2 years. In my spare time, I like to play with my dog, learning to climb, hike around Colorado and New Mexico, read and sing my heart out! One thing you should know about me is communication is key to me. Growing into a better person is a lot of hard work.- but I am willing to do what it takes to always do better.
