Hi, I'm Kate! I'm 31 years old and have had 12+ years of childcare experience. I've worked with all ages from newborns to teens. I have a huge heart for kids and the bonds I have had the opportunity to create are eternally precious to me. I pride myself in being a great balance of firm yet loving and fun. I am high energy and I love to be silly... I know how to be their friend and playmate as well as their authority figure. I am also very nurturing and empathetic. Kate is high energy, kid-focused, kind and thoughtful. She is willing to help in most any capacity needed; great to have in the home for a mother's helper as well as a primary caregiver. My 3 kids love her!
