About Kate

Hi! Let's start by saying that kids have always been my passion. I began mothers helping as early as middle school for a toddler, which accelerated once I moved into high school. I babysat for a family with four kids, who at the time ranged from elementary school to high school, I would get them from school, bring to activities, help with homework, and cook dinner. In college, I nannied for a family with three children. I would pick up from school and bring to activities, cook dinner, make snacks, help with homework, grocery shop, and even helped the mother with her business. I am a very organized, "rule following" babysitter, with an added bit of fun. Kids bring out my silly and most outgoing, comfortable side. I have also worked with kids with disabilities in an occupational therapy setting. Before relocating to Nashville, I was a full time NYC nanny caring for a 2 and 5-year-old.
