I have been her direct supervisor in a PS-6th childcare capacity. She has also worked with us as a summer camp counselor. In both capacities, she had experience working with students from 3 years old to 6th grade. Kate has shown strength with all of these ages, exhibiting patience in her interactions. She can implement instruction well, in addition to improvising when circumstances don't go as planned. I have always observed her to act with students' welfare and happiness as a priority, facilitating play with safety in mind. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
