About Kate

Hi there, my name is Kate and I am a sophomore at Virginia Tech! I am currently studying to work in education as a secondary school history teacher. I have been babysitting/nannying since I was 12 and have experience with all ages. I am looking for full or part time positions as well as one time jobs if necessary. My rate is currently $20/hr and I am most comfortable working with 3 kids or fewer at a time but I am flexible on this. I am CPR and First Aid certified, as well as fully vaccinated. I am also willing to help out with house keeping and am comfortable with all pets! My primary focus is on making sure your child is safe and giving them an appropriate play environment to keep them entertained and enriched. I love doing crafts, projects, reading, and outdoor activities with the kids. As a future teacher I also really value learning and education and would be happy to tutor or assist your child with schoolwork! I look forward to meeting you!
