Working with children with autism from ages 1 and up. Through the utilization of Applied Behavioral Analysis utilize positive reinforcement techniques to increase useful behaviors and reduce those that may interfere with learning to develop meaningful and positive change in behaviors. ABA techniques such as basic skills such as looking, listening and imitating, as well as complex skills such as reading, conversing and understanding another person's perspective. I have worked with non-verbal, verbal, low functioning, high functioning from all ages. Able to handle aggressive children through safety care training as well.
