About Katelyn

Hello! I am currently employed at Wesley Medical Center as a Lead Patient Care Technician on the Ortho Spine floor, and hold a current CNA License in the state of Kansas. Before working at Wesley, I was a Nanny and Household Manager for a family of 5, children ages 6 months-13 years, the youngest child having Cystic Fibrosis. I also have experience as a Home Health Aide for the elderly. Although I love my job and am in the process of furthering my career and becoming a nurse, I have a true passion for helping the elderly and I'm looking for a part time position where I can build a true friendship with my client, while helping to make their life, and their family's lives easier. My niche, and where a lot of my experience lies, is working with clients that have Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or Dementia. In my current position, I work night shifts, so my availability varies a lot, but we can work together to find a schedule that fits, whether it's a recurring or one time role!
