About Katelynn

Hello! My name is Katelynn and I am 23 years old. I first started working with kids (5-12 y/o) when I became a camp counselor at 16. I had always had an interest in working with kids, and camp counseling allowed me to explore that interest, while gaining hands on experience. That experience led me to Brockport College where I completed my degree in Physical Education with a minor in Kinesiology. In my free time I like to ice skate, rollerblade, garden, travel, play with my dogs, and spend as much time outside as I can. Something families should know about me is that I consider myself to be kind, patient, and hardworking. I have never no-call, no showed for any job, and I understand that every child is different. Different needs, wants, interests, etc. and it's my job as a sitter to adapt and navigate these critical components of childcare.
