About Katelyn

I've been a dedicated childcare provider for over four years. I have previous work experience as a summer nanny for 3 children. I also have been working as a Pre-toddler teacher since 2020 at a preschool in Austin. I have experience in the Infant room, toddler room & pre k room as well. I would love to find a caring family to support. Having a good & trustworthy relationship with the families I work for is very important to me. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day per parent's preference. In my current position as a teacher I love to do process art, sensory experiences and tailored activities to the children's current interest. I have a college degree (Associates in Business Administration), CPR, First Aid certified, & possess a valid driver's license. I've also completed multiple trainings required by the state of Texas to work at a child care facility. In my current position I care for 12 children with a support teacher.
