My decision to become a caregiver stemmed from a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives and support families by providing a reliable childcare option. Over my 3 years of experience, I've gained expertise in caring for children aged 1 to 3. I can comfortably look after two children at a time. My educational background includes a graduate degree, which has enhanced my knowledge of child development and caregiving practices. When it comes to communication, I prioritize the parents' preferred method and keep them updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and a nurturing environment.
