About Kate

I have over 10 years of experience babysitting and working with kids ages 0-13. I have been a regular babysitter for multiple families with 1-4 kids under 12 years old. Before college, I worked for a nonprofit organization called City Year where I worked 50+ hours a week as a mentor and tutor for elementary school children, primarily third graders. I worked at Jumpstart preschools through college and spent many summers working at an outdoor summer camp. Most recently, I worked as a special education paraeducator in a sixth grade classroom. I love working with children and am saving up to begin my masters in social work to be a school counselor. I look forward to meeting you and your children!
