Kate is excellent - have hired her many times over the past 2+ years to watch our now 11, 9 and 3 year olds, and she's consistently been a rock star with them. Very patient, intelligent, and beyond responsible. We'd still be using her more often if she hadn't left the East Bay and moved back into SF (bummer for us). Hire her now!
