About Kate

I am a veterinary technician with over 20 years experience in general practice, emergency and specialty medicine. I am very detail oriented. I can administer medications, including insulin and SQ fluids. I'm looking for a job where I can do pop-in visits before or after work during the week from Tuesday- Friday, and anytime on Sat, Sun or Mon. I can do dog walks, outdoor playtime, enrichment, medications, etc. I started working with animals professionally when I was 16. I started as a kennel attendant, and attended college at UCONN where I completed a BA in animal science. I work FT as an internal medicine technician in a busy emergency and specialty practice. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors, working out and I love to read and relax. One thing you should know about me is that I will treat your pets like they are my very own, while respecting your rules and their daily rituals.
