My experience includes Merritt Manor as a Direct Support Staff caring for elderly with Alzheimer's and Dementia, as well as working for Compassionate Care Supported Living Services as an In-Home Caregiver for adults and elderly affected with various sorts of disabilities. My duties included preparing meals (including special diets, diabetic diets, carb counting, etc.), administering and charting all medication needed throughout the day (including insulin administration), maintaining a clean and hazard free environment, assisting with transportation to appointments, vitals and blood sugar testing, routine laundry, etc. I have a valid CPR and first Aid Certification, and am fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
