About Kassandra

I am a highly motivated and compassionate individual that loves to be a transformational leader to every team I am a part of. My goal everyday is to be the person I would need in every interaction I have. I am a detail oriented and reflective individual and have a wide range of personal and professional experience which allows me to observe, reflect and adapt to what's best for any environment or interaction I am in. In my 10 years of child care experience I am self educated in multiple different parenting and teaching styles between gentle, sensory based, whole brain child and ABA and occupational therapy techniques. I am a get on the floor and play with the kids, kind of person. I greatly enjoy fostering educational curiosity, creativity and positive social emotional and behavior development in youth. This has greatly helped me in working with 0-16 years old children, children with food allergies and special needs.
