My gift is meeting them where they are and patiently steering them along the right path. I'm CPR/First Aid certified & carry an Arizona Class three fingerprint clearance. As a mother of 3 successful young adults and also a young grandmother of 3 beautiful grandchildren I bring with me a wealth of experience and knowledge. You'll find me to be punctual, organized & flexible with the ability to anticipate your next move to create seamless continuity. I have made wonderful friendships with many of the families I have worked with and can provide stellar references upon request. Karyn is wonderful!! So warm and friendly and our toddler took to her in an instant. We hired her to watch our oldest (while our twin babies were already in bed) and she was absolutely great with him. He's at that age where he kind of gets a little scared when his Mom and I get ready to leave but Karyn was able to comfort him and keep him engaged and happy to the point where I'm not sure he even knew we'd left the house! Will hire Karyn again in a heartbeat!
