As a nurturing and responsible caregiver, my journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles. The positive experiences I had motivated me to pursue a career where I can make a lasting impact on children's lives while supporting families. I possess a patient and calm demeanor, which allows me to connect with children easily. I value open communication with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates about their child's day and any matters that arise. My approach to enforcing household rules is confident and consistent. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With three years of experience, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience working with children aged 0 to 11, specializing in the 1 to 3 and 4 to 5 age groups. In addition to English, I am also fluent in Spanish. Beyond childcare, I am happy to assist with light housekeeping tasks.
