I worked in Assisted Living a few times throughout my journey. I did direct care-giving with around 20 different residents along my weekly schedule. It was one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever done. Some of my responsibilities included, showering and dressing residents, assisting with transportation to and from restroom and dining halls, companionship, errands, and basic day-to-day needs. I am currently studying to be a Death Doula. I have a deep love and appreciation for my elders and seniors as well as the end-of-life process. I am friendly and warm with a heart of service!
