I have been working in the special needs community for about 8 years. Most recently, I was a Neurodevelopmental Teacher at Jacobs Ladder School in Roswell, GA. There, I taught academics in a classroom and 1:1 setting, and followed a trained CPI protocol for behaviors. Before that, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Social Group Therapy Intern at ABA clinics. Throughout high school and college, I was involved with Best Buddies, a special needs inclusion program, as an event coordinator and mentor. I have experience tutoring for about 8 years. I have worked with individuals who have Autism, ADD, ADHD, OCD, ODD, and Dyslexia. I am CPR certified, trained on physical behavior interventions, and have a clean driving record. I also have experience with seizures.

She is personable and very professional. Karson makes sure she is doing things the way you want and need them done. She is like one of our family yet and very responsive. Our son immediately bonded with her and she improves the lives around her by her warm personality. If you are looking for a caregiver , she is the best. We use her all the time for our son and feel comfortable when she is with him. Definitely 5 star caregiver!
