**Introduction** My journey has been a tapestry woven with threads of compassion, mediation, and community service. As a certified mediator and death doula, I have dedicated my life to supporting individuals during some of their most challenging moments. I currently serve as the Executive Director of the Reentry Mediation Institute of Louisiana, where I strive to create pathways for individuals reintegrating into society. I also served as a CNA for over 14 years and worked closely with youth with autism **Professional Journey** My professional journey began at the INCS Institute of Networking Community Services, where I served as a supervisor for four years. In this role, I honed my skills in conflict resolution and community engagement, leading initiatives that fostered collaboration among diverse groups.
