Karolyne was AMAZING! She was very patient, kind, and understanding with our daughter. She kept us updated on how things were going frequently throughout the night. She also did an excellent job of avoiding too much screen time and making sure our daughter was having fun and engaged. Karolyne is the absolute BEST!
