I'm also a good listener and I believe in fostering open communication with parents. I provide regular updates about their child's day and follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe that consistency and structure are important for children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children.
