About Karmen

Hi, I'm Karmen, and I'm passionate about providing children with a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment to grow and thrive. I have a year of experience volunteering twice a week every week at a daycare that's specialty in supporting children with disabilities alongside able-bodied children. As a teacher assistant, I worked with class sizes of up to 14 children, primarily 4-year-olds, where I developed skills in creating inclusive activities, managing diverse needs, and fostering a positive relationship with the children. I love playing with kids in creative ways, such as arts and crafts or imaginative play. I also enjoy teaching through educational play. Whether organizing fun activities, helping with homework, or maintaining routines, I strive to make each day enjoyable and enriching.
