Best hire of my life!! (No joke) I'm an IT professional and have been hiring people for 20 years. Karly worked for our family for almost 2.5 years between 25-50 hours a week. She cared for my daughter from 1-3.5 years while helping with my mom in her 60s after surgery, my 86 year old grandmother who lived with me for 2 months, then took on my niece's baby from 3 months to 1 year, along with my toddler. My life is chaos, she was my rock. She became such a huge part of our family she started coming to family holidays and events. She was always AMAZING and everything you would want in a caregiver (trustworthy, dependable, fun, smart...insert what's important to you here, promise). I would keep her forever if we could. I miss just having her around! I lucked out!! If you need someone like that you won't regret it. I'm expecting us to keep in touch for a very time.
