When you hire a caregiver, you look for someone who is warm, loving, fun and supportive, who blends well into the family. And you look for someone who can keep things organized, who can manage other people, and who can make sure the things that need to get done. Of course, you want someone who is loyal and full of integrity. And then there's Karleth. When Karleth started working with my mom, I liked her from the start. She's an interesting and thoughtful person. And in her, my mom found a companion with whom she could laugh and enjoy life. As matters became more complex, whether it was bringing on additional caregivers or managing a bathroom repair project, Karleth kept things on track. At the end of my mom's life, Karleth was there with us. She was careful to give our family room, but she was there because the loss was also hers.
