I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about, but Karlene was very communicative with us and always kept us in the loop. We hired her primarily to transport our oldest to and from his preschool. She would watch him after school and then pick up our youngest from daycare. Our kids loved her and she was constantly on top of keeping them happy and safe. In addition to childcare, she did chores around the house such as laundry, light cleaning, and doing food prep.
