About Karla

As a nurturing and experienced caregiver, I'm passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for children. With four years of experience, I excel in caring for children aged 0 to 11. My college degree, coupled with my Early Childhood Education (ECE) training, allows me to foster a fun and educational atmosphere for every child I care for. My patient and friendly nature helps me connect with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to keep them updated about their child's day and address any concerns that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and respectful environment. My diverse skill set includes supervising swimming activities, helping with cooking and meal preparation, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to communicate effectively with families from various backgrounds.
