Hello, I'm Karla:) I have 35 years of experience as a nanny and nursing assistant, and I have a new grandbaby! I have Infant/Child/Adult CPR/AED/First Aid training, COVID immunizations, a college degree, DD, special needs, and behavior modification experience. I was a home daycare owner in the 90s and have been working as an in-home care nursing assistant and nanny for the last 30 years. I am fit and fun, healthy, nurturing, empathetic, and love working with children and babies. I love using creative child-guidance activities to help infants reach their milestone goals, and promote early childhood learning, while having fun with sing-a-longs, dancing, stories, colors, numbers, arts and crafts, humor and fun for children of all ages! I love animals also, so pet care is no charge :) *I do charge $25 per hour for less than 20 hrs per week

Karla has been such a great addition to our family. She has been so kind and patient with our baby girl and makes sure to engage with her throughout the day. I love to hear their giggles during the day! She is respectful, an excellent communicator and all around a great care taker.
