Karissa was interviewing with me, when we came to the conclusion that our schedules did not work well together. What really impressed me is when I called her to see if she was available to be a back up nanny one day. She went over and beyond my expectations to try and help me find someone when she was unable to help! If our schedules ever worked out together I would definitely use her!!
