I started babysitting when I was 12 years old. I now have 8 grown children and 10 grandchildren (ages 6 months to 10 years), who call me Grandma Cookie. I occasionally babysit my grandchildren for a few days to a week in my home (2+ at a time). I have also taken care of other children who I love as if they were my grandchildren!! My husband & I were certified for Foster Care in June 2013 and did Respite for a year. I worked as an Aide in Special Education for 6 years as well. I have fingerprint & background checks and have been trained in CPR & 1ST Aid (and can renew my certifications if needed). I love children and the their pure innocence & sweetness. I would love to shower your children with a Grandma kind of love in my Christian home, which is smoke-free, drug-free, alcohol-free, childproofed and has 1 cat (great with children), but am open to coming to your home.
