I have been a special education teacher in Pennsylvania for the last 12 years and have recently moved to Florida. I have been teaching in a Multiple Disabilities classroom for past 7 years. Prior to that I taught in an Autistic Support classroom and a Life Skills classroom. Before that I was a Special Instructor for an Early Intervention Agency. I am very comfortable working with people ranging from ages 3-21 but would also work with older adults as well. I am comfortable with people who have complex bodies and communication needs who need full support. This includes medical needs and personal hygiene help. I am a very patient, flexible, consistent and positive person. I understand that all family needs and situations are different and my role is to assist and support the best I can.
