Very kind, gentle and caring. She taught our kids how to communicate better instead of crying and was always available to work extra when we needed her to, although sometimes it was very last minute. She always came up with creative ways to entertain our children, have fun and learn at the same time. We are forever grateful for everything she’s done for us!
