Hello I'm Karina, Before this I worked in Early Childcare Special Education where I had the privilege to work with toddlers with autism, ADHD, down syndrome and intellectual disabilities ages 3-5. In this job I assisted kids in the bathroom, changed diapers, fed them, put them down for naptime and washed clothes. One of my responsibilities was to assist a child who uses a wheelchair; I would work alongside his physical therapist to learn exercises I could do with him to help him learn how to walk. I am very patient and I can tolerate loud noises such as screaming, crying and tantrums. Thanks to this job I am very vigilant; I would supervise 17 toddlers out in the playground while being on high alert for 4 toddlers with autism who were known for eloping. Other skills that I gained are basic sign language and managing seizures (Myoclonic and Absence) . I want parents to have peace of mind. Know that your child is in good hands and that everything I do, I do it with a smile on my face
