I cannot say enough to express how highly I recommend Karina. I hired her to help me with housekeeping, but she has instead become a part of my family. She treats my home with the utmost respect and takes pride in the work she does. I am quite particular about how I like things, and I can only imagine that every family has different, specific requests. Yet, she gets it done perfectly, every single time. She is meticulous and thoughtful, leaving small touches like vacuuming the sides of my couch and cleaning my glasses. She brings her own (pet and kid friendly) supplies and sometimes brings a couple of team members, who somehow always know exactly what I want—because Karina communicates so well with them. She respects her own work so much, she walks around my home in shoe covers after she is done to leave the place look un-touched. Amazing! I think the more important attributes relate to how well I can trust her. And let me tell you: I trust her alone in my home with my precious dog. She is honest, caring, and dignified. She treats my dog like her own and has never done anything but the best for us. She remembers mine and my family's birthdays, celebrates our accomplishments, and reaches out during challenging times. She communicates seamlessly through text and in person, always follows through on what she sees and responsive to whatever I request, whether it's a last minute schedule change or a specific need. Finally, Karina is simply a wonderful human and that shows in her work. She is a mother of three children, who are so amazingly brilliant. She coaches their soccer team, and some how, in between all the work she does, still shows up with a smile on Sunday morning! She has built her career for herself and is a wonderful role model to children who wish to chase their dreams, much as her children are! Beyond helping me "keep up with life," Karina has become a friend and a cheerleader for my family and me. I emphatically recommend Karina to anybody who wants the same.
