I worked as a CNA for 1 1/2 years at a PPEC (prescribed pediatric extended care) center/daycare for children with special needs. Ages ranged from premature babies up until 21 years of age. Many of the children have developmental delays, g-tubes, physical disabilities, etc. Being that I'm a young and energetic caregiver, lots of times the kids would seek me out to play. Being seen as a peer had the wonderful perk of creating beautiful bonds. I love being able to provide quality care and comfort to others. Being new to Orlando, I'd love to continue in this line of work with you!
