About Karina

Hello! My name is Karina (Nina) I'm 32 old and have over 10 years of Child care experience. I absolutely love children and am currently working to finish the last couple semesters of my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. I worked with my first family right out of HS caring for a premie. I then did 3 years at a Daycare as head teacher of the toddler and preschool room. Though I loved my years at the daycare, I left mainly because I missed the one-on-one time with each child. My last two families have been wonderful and I still keep contact with them today. I spent 3 years with a family in the Chicago Suburbs. I cared for 2 boys and started when the youngest was still in Mom's belly and stayed until he was almost 3. I only left because I was getting married and relocating. They were part of our wedding :) My last family was in Pasadena, and I left prematurely to take an office job. I didn't last as I know my true calling is caring and educating children.
